This is 100 apartment design, which involved 45 (3bedroom apartment), 35 (2bedroom apartment), and 20 studio apartment, with alot of amenities like a swimming pool, convenient store, a children play ground, a garden for the old people, games room, multipurpose hall which can be used as badminton court for two games at a time, a long tennis court, a gym and a sub-basement car park that can contain over 220 cars including disabled parking and also bike parking.
designed for every age bracket of the public and also a sustainable kinda architecture.
I call it JAEYPARTMENT.
